Innovitaskolan can be found all over Sweden, from Kalix in the north to Landskrona in the south. Innovitaskolan is part of AcadeMedia's primary schools.

We are currently looking for a qualified social pedagogue to work in our safety team.

Your profile

We are looking for you who are a qualified social pedagogue. At our school, we have high ambitions for our children's learning and development, and our work is characterized by a high level of commitment. Therefore, we seek someone with a strong personal engagement. As a social pedagogue, you are attentive and want to guide the students towards the future. You are also creative, open, structured, and a clear leader. You create good relationships with students and colleagues.

Your mission

We want you to be a clear leader and that you have the student in focus. You are passionate about meeting students in their individual development based on their experiences, prior knowledge, and abilities. Collaboration skills and independence are two additional important qualities, and of course, you enjoy working in a team with great opportunities and fantastic students. Naturally, you have a twinkle in your eye!

For you, social interaction between students and between students and adults is important. You help create safe environments. You have a genuine interest in our students and take great responsibility in your profession. We desire long-term commitment and value experience, creativity, and strong engagement. You see collegial learning as a natural starting point in your entire working method. You will work in our safety team and be involved in creating rewarding mentor meetings, resolving conflicts, participating in school break activities, and being part of our student health team.
